Start with the way you live. We select the system and devices to make the useful things work together.
A bright workspace, a softer evening and a clear path at night. Group lighting into scenes with switching or dimming where the fittings support it.
We check drivers, dimming compatibility and lighting circuits before selecting controls.
Open the day with a schedule, close shutters from one control, and include the vehicle gate in the agreed access plan.
Motor type, travel limits and gate safety sensors must be checked on site.
Coordinate air conditioning with room schedules and occupancy, with an accessible manual override. Choose the integration around the actual AC system.
IR, thermostat and dedicated interfaces offer different levels of control and feedback.
Combine a compatible lock, door status, motion alerts and cameras into a practical home or office access plan.
We agree permissions, backup access and notification behaviour; smart alerts do not replace a complete intruder-alarm system.
Detect a leak, notify the user and, where suitable equipment is specified, trigger a compatible shut-off valve.
Sensor type, valve suitability, installation and failure behaviour are assessed and tested by the appropriate specialist.
Include smoke notifications in the home plan, with sensor placement and response steps agreed before installation.
Smart-home notifications are supplementary; they do not replace the required fire detection, alarm or firefighting systems.

My interest in smart buildings began with architecture: how a space feels, how light changes it, and how small design decisions shape everyday life.
Mechatronics gave that interest an engineering foundation. I started looking beyond individual devices to the connections between electrical design, lighting, climate and the people using them.
That is the thinking behind HOMIFI: start with the space and the brief, coordinate the systems, then stay with the project through programming, testing and handover.
Based in New Damietta, I work on projects across Cairo and the Delta, and support Gulf project teams with remote design and technical documentation.

Start with a recurring need: lighting scenes, easier access or room-by-room comfort. The value depends on what you use, so we define priorities before choosing devices. No fixed energy-saving percentage is promised.
The goal is familiar wall controls and a few useful scenes, with an app when needed. Handover includes training on the agreed functions.
Not always. Wireless retrofits can reduce new control cabling, but power, back-box space, neutral availability, motors and existing wiring still need assessment. We confirm the work after a survey.
No. Wireless describes communication between devices. Many devices still need mains power and wiring to their loads; some sensors use batteries.
Choose around the building stage, functions, device compatibility and support needs. We design wired, wireless or mixed scopes; devices from different protocols need suitable integration.
Yes. Offices can use meeting scenes and occupancy control; hospitality has room-specific requirements such as GRMS. Commercial and industrial scopes need their own engineering assessment.
Yes, where the selected system supports the planned expansion. Start with a room or a priority function, while allowing for the controller, infrastructure and future compatibility. The calculator gives an initial estimate, followed by a written scope.
This depends on the controller and devices. We identify local functions separately from remote access, cloud services and notifications, then test the agreed offline behaviour.
Functional testing, user training and the drawings, backups and access details agreed in the scope. Warranty and ongoing support are set out in the written offer.
